I can't for the life of me find a place that serves actual hashbrowns in lower Manhattan... I'm not talking about bs homefries.. gotta be golden crispy, shredded hashbrowns. Ideally in a diner.

Even when you ask for extra crispy hoping that it'll improve the bs homefries you know you're getting, it's always a sad experience
