I was actually going to ask if you ever thought about participating. That would be amazing! Luz's prompt is so good too. 129 $DEGEN

I should probably be more clear on the "abstract" thing. I would count pretty much all of your work abstract. I don't know if you've looked at all the artworks submitted in the "Results" posts of the Artletter, but you'll see that @dbb1 submits stuff that is in the same realm as what you do. Sound is always encouraged! My wish is that more people would do sound stuff, but I know most of my friends are visual artists first.

i guess i took abstract in the submission context to mean whatever that means to me and my "normal" work although not hyper realistic isn't meant to be abstract in the way i think it would look should i make it "abstract"...if that makes sense

Ah, yes, that definitely makes sense. "Abstract" can be a fairly subjective idea. I initially only considered abstract to be only shapes and colors that don't look like anything figurative, but I changed my mind on that, especially after seeing a lot of the latest AI assisted stuff. As for music, it's all abstract in it's very nature. But as I define it, music that has a consistent beat and song structure (pop, rock, etc.) is more like figurative art in a lot of ways. However, for the challenge, all styles are welcome due to the fact that it's not easy to define abstract music for everybody.
