I’ve had days when nothing goes right—like messing up at work or feeling too slow, making me feel off-balance. I used to convince myself I wasn’t good enough, like every mistake was proof something was wrong with me. But then, I started paying attention. Noticing how my thoughts shift with my mood. So I tried something different—when things feel heavy, pause and find a small joy—whether it’s a walk, a song, or the morning light hitting my window. A rough day’s just a chapter, not the whole story. Now, when my mind gets loud, I let the thought pass. No need to fight them or believe them. I’m not my worst moments. I’m so much more than that.
