4. There's no penalty for interacting with non-power badge if you have it

Btw I'm not against it @dwr.eth 🤭 every client should try to make a profit. I'd leave the current power badge algorithm and just add paid badges for people that want to be seen. Of course the interactions of those paid badges should NOT count for the regular power badge calculation.
