Pretty interesting space! Loyalty and brand are things we are exploring with /bcard , but it’s definitely competitive in the payments space. We’re only making 0.1% of tx right now (and can scale to 0.5% with our current provider) and so can’t compete with the big boys on revenue potential, but can compete on price and feature set. We are aiming to make it work for smaller purpose-driven entities first. I do agree that every merchant could have a clanker if it’s done right.

You’re right and the comment was tongue-in-cheek. TBH France has not had the best record of preserving privacy lately

I didn’t say that. I said minting an NFT to be whitelisted for another NFT that you can burn for ERC20s seems extractive. And I’m not the only one who felt that way. All this to say you may have good intent, and getting feedback that your intent is not clear in your products is an opportunity to improve. I’m glad your audience is happy - that’a all that really matters.

New meta: 1) wait for American exceptionalists to innovate 2) copy it but preserve privacy 3) ??? 4) profit as a society In Canada replace step 2 with: copy it but slap a “made in Canada 🍁” sticker on it

The mechanism is pretty confusing to me. It seems like you say the same thing twice in “How it works”. The last line was the most understandable, it looks like you are trying to get people who buy in to wait before they sell. BUT it doesn’t answer what Club Coin is, what it stands for, or why anyone should buy into it. The manifesto is equally devoid of meaning. Looking at the project by itself (I had no idea it was connected to FarQuest), it looks like a slick drop meant to grab people’s ETH. It doesn’t look like an attempt to build a product or community. This feedback was given with openness and honesty because you asked for it. I can only speak from my perspective.

I can only speak from my perspective - and what I saw is a frame for Club Coin telling me to buy an NFT without saying why. Then that same frame says this NFT gets you a whitelist spot to buy another NFT. And that NFT can be burned for ERC20s. Can you see why this looks extractive AF to me? You could say you had another intent, but that intent is not available to me on the frame, website, or channel. Soooo…does that intent really exist? I still don’t know.
