Related, On X, if you add someone to a list, or follow a list they are on, and they block you, you can still see everything they say on that list.

This is really interesting!

The hidden replies has a “hide for everyone” option - which allows post authors to curate which replies are shown.  I think it exposes a bit the paradigm difference between FC and Bluesky.

I kind of have a cynical view of social media - I think even with these features it will trend to toxic.  Not to say these features shouldn’t be implemented, but more asking myself “what can we do to prevent toxicity in the long run?”
