This book is insanely valuable for anyone running or starting a business, whether a solo entity, LLC, or S-Corp. In short, he outlines real-world tax strategies that would prob have your lawyer and accountant on the edge of their seats - but are totally legal & defensible (the author is both a CPA and an attorney). Plus, it can save you a ton of time & money. 

I found it to be a mostly accessible read, althought it can get a little bit heady in some parts where they dive deep into the tax code. I skipped those parts 🤭 

The book's pretty comprehensive, including strategies for:
 
- Picking the right business entity
- Where to HQ your business and why
- Real estate tax advantages
- How to set up partnership, investor, and employee structures
- Taking a salary for yourself
- Strategizing for tax deductions
- Estate and retirement planning
