IMHO, a few issues 
1. FC is built in a decentralized way, cool for small amount of ppl, but general public don’t care, they treat it as just another social app. If you don’t find a niche market to make 100 ppl love it, onboarding 1M user who’s meh about it is useless since engagement is low
