Random differences I'm experiencing from VC -> building

- not constantly up to speed on crypto news anymore
- need to be way more ruthless with meeting requests
- noticed founders are more vulnerable when talking about challenges
- less personal time means needing to focus on things care about most and cutting rest

Not for me personally since my husband is a founder and watching him start and build a company over the past almost 8 years gave me so much empathy for founders. Before that, I didn't have as much insight into how hard it was
