Same here! I got a personal trainer back in May. 3 times a week, InBody checks every month, progressive progress on my goals. Place here has a "2 for 1" special so if you do the program, you can have someone join you for free. Family member, friend, whatever. The trainer can work both people in about same time because when one is doing the reps, the other is in the rest interval anyway. It has totally improved my life.
