lmao also heard in recent huberman pod that intermittent fasting is fine for men but not good for women no one tells you this on tech twitter!!!

Whoa! Thanks for sharing. I get busy and “intermittently fast” sometimes. It helps performance and mood for a bit, but then I get super dizzy when I eat again. Good to know it’s a bad idea for women.

yes! heard it in the huberman ep with Dr. Stacy Simms says it’s best to have something in our system within 30 min of waking up which is when our cortisol peaks — can be coffee with a little protein, etc. if you’re not a big breakfast eater (i’m not). need to do more research but learned a lot in that ep
