Changes to boosts on @supercast!

1. The influential followers list scrolls infinitely now (thanks for feedback @yb and @linda)
2. The boost button is now included in the reaction bar, like on the screenshot (many couldn't find this feature)
3. Boosts now can be sent to up to 20 people at once
