Since you've been in crypto a long time, how has your perspective on crypto changed since you first worked at Coinbase?

My general perspective is that it's going to take so much longer than I thought it would. 

On some dimensions it's gone faster than expected, but at a high level everything I thought would take 5 years will probably take 10-20 years. 

Or maybe we're just finally getting to the exponential. 

But generally my patience has increased a lot since but also urgency way up.
