Goal with Bountycaster 

reduce friction for users to post a bounty by just writing a cast + using OpenAI to auto process it

-> increase # of people offering to pay for a bounty who otherwise wouldn't have

-> more people get paid globally in crypto and build up reputation for work + connect with others on Farcaster
