Meh judge me all ya want but my dog needs structure or he becomes an anxious angry mess. He gets to sniff and explore at the destination, not while we’re walking.

i used to spend so much time letting her smell anything. walks would take like 2 hrs legit, but i was in high school and didn't matter. i justified it saying "you'll be glad you did this when she's gone" i ended up being right

The reason I decided to marry my husband was because of how he walked my dog, Dubu. Dubu loves sniffing around, and my husband patiently waited for him every time😊🐻‍❄️

I had a neighbor who let their dog pee on one of my bushes. It was clearly killing the bush but they had no shame about it, they'd do it while I was outside and just be like "sorry, the dog just likes your bush!" as if they couldn't just pull the dog away. 🤦

lol. this is so funny and true i feel a lot of people are afraid their dog is gonna be attacked and killed so they are anti-sniff rather than realizing that it’s just how dogs size eachother up i am team pro sniff fwiw 🤣🤣
