View of Moxie farming impact on my account (majority of the spike was Bountycaster questions). Dropoff after starting to respond from the @bountycaster account to make it sustainable for me

Ability to turn off Moxie rewards from me for some casts would allow me to respond to questions from my personal account again

Because I can't sift through 1000+ notifications every day finding genuine questions from users, it takes away from working on product for Bountycaster

Not interested in fake engagement, would rather have users that care about the product (this leads to misleading info for product direction too)

Besides your bounty caster, why don't you just let it flow as if it weren't there or make use of it? 

No one can ignore that it came with benefits to both sides. Other users are using their engagement to promote their projects.

The problem is new Bountycaster users are often not in the priority feed so I have to sort through everything

Maybe a better feature would be warpcast or supercast prioritizing the order of replies ?

I care a lot about answering Bountycaster questions from existing, new, and potential users. Was 100% manageable for me up until the farming spike

another way to look at this is you're too nice lol

Maybe they could introduce the way Twitter sorts out replies by relevance or by people you follow, that may help?

Can you share some links to examples casts from non-priority visible users that turned out to be legitimate replies with valuable feedback / questions?

I knew it was hitting you particularly hard because you have always gone above and beyond to answer people’s questions. 

That’s not something that happens from many of the other accounts with 6 figure followings. 

People are definitely taking advantage. I hope you can find a solution that doesn’t diminish your capacity to provide support for Bountycaster in the way that you’d prefer.

This is a good example of how overly financialized social apps can turn dystopian. I'd be curious to see data on whether moxie was net positive or negative for genuine content

It's harder to comment casually like before, and I honestly feel this is a big loss for users who just want to talk to you normally.

Btw, for some reason, the notification feature suddenly stopped working, and I can’t receive real-time notifications from Linda and others I want to get updates from

I totally understand a desire to reduce incentives for farmers and it's unfortunate that turning off Moxie seems to be the best way forward. 

Many regular casters have minimal rewards given for their interactions. Would be ideal to flatten Moxie rewards so it's more evenly spread leading to engagement being more evenly spread.

I imagine that in the same way that you don't want anyone to earn MOXIE through you, you are not claiming the amount of MOXIE you have earned so far, right?
