User gets notified once bounty is marked as complete and sends funds p2p. That's why we limit pitching in through frame to $25 and if they want to add more they have to write a cast stating amount added. Same limitation as who can post bounties to lower risk (active badge or joined before Farcaster went permissionless)

When i pitch into a bounty, how do you acquire funds from me? Is there risk of folks just disappearing when the time comes to settle?

Quick feedback: I think it would be great if there was somewhere I could go to where I can see all the bounties easily, even if they get transitioned into frames
