Do a bounty-thon! A bounty each day for farcon, but make it social. “Tried out jprens app” or “Attended a talk by Adrienne” or “sailed on farcasthers yacht” with proof of picture!

1) 🖼️pay someone whose sole job is to run around and put up POAP QR codes 2) 🛜 pay someone to check the wifi connection every half hr or so and fix if bad 3) 🚽make sure bathroom lines are moving smoothly. we need consistent finality there. and so i suggest air traffic control type sequencing for restrooms
