Been working on my widegrip pullups for climbing for close to a year now. They were a real struggle where I could only do 3-5. Pretty happy with this improvement doing very little pullups and mainly lat pulldown to reduce the load

What’s your routine with pull downs?

I progressively work up to working weight. And then do 5-6 sets of 3-4 reps Recently i’ve added drop sets (drop 10-20kg) to increase training volume without having to do like 20 sets
