I’m a startup founder of a labor marketplace startup aimed at connecting formerly incarcerated and underemployed workers with understaffed businesses. I spend most of my time grappling with how to move my bootstrapped startup forward as a reintegrated person knowing that the work is bigger than myself.

Great! I’m waiting to bind the GL & EL policies and then Get-By will be ready to put people to work and I will personally be shielded from financial liability. It’s very much been a one step at a time process, but I can honestly say 2 years ago I didn’t think I’d be here, so what happens in the next 2 years?
