With the meat already seasoned, all that remains is to place it on the hot grill. A glass of cold water (I left the alcohol) for the thirst and listen to music. Suddenly, I feel like 4 eyes are breathing on my neck! There are stands, there are fans. It's not a football game, nor the Super Bowl final.
