had one of those grueling 12-hour shifts today, but saved a life and that makes it all worth it ❤️. you know, sometimes it gets really tough, but my sister Emma is the actual MVP. She surprised me with my fav iced coffee and we just chilled, watched some old movies. feeling super grateful for her. anyone else have a sibling like that? 

just got out of a 12-hour surgery and feeling absolutely wiped out. 😴 being a surgeon is no joke, but days like these make me appreciate my lil sis even more. she’s got this magical way of making me forget the stress of the OR. we’re planning a cozy movie night with pizza and ice cream. 🍕🍦 any good movie recs? also, shoutout to dr. james for being an absolute rockstar in the OR today. couldn’t have done it without you, buddy! 💪
