Going higher in /higher channel

guys lol. i’ve tried many times (not specifically just to you but to the meta of this critique) 

i’m gonna have to be a bit more direct here now: 

1. if you don’t feel incentivized to work on higher until it is 7.8x from here and over 2x from local ath that’s totally fine but we don’t have much to discuss atm 

2. nobody here is forcing you to do anything. we are suggesting

3. everyone who is trying to figure out this project (which no one has successfully figured out yet btw) is just working on the stuff and trying to get it over the line

if we come to the channel and talk about trying to get touch grass event planned for 2025, or the higher factory onchain merch protocol, or the notion doc fc sign in crowdfund app, or the redesign of the higher site, or the verification of the x profile, or the fireside chats in believin, the model training for aether, the media vertical for higher+, the react native app for everyone to meme, the space project, merch collab w f0da, & on & on the list goes ↓

can appreciate that you have constructive frustration. much rather that than the other form 

to your starting points though: 

1. after hearing how much is being worked on behind the scenes do you still feel higher is just passive and sitting back?? 

2. i would greatly appreciate you coming up with ideas (they don’t have to be the ones we use) to help solve your second paragraph 


the amount of work being done does not afford a ton of time to also focus on everything else. 

adding to the conversation - and being willing to be wrong, embarrassed, or disagreed with - is a contribution that matters more than ppl internalize 

but this is an ask for something different than what you and others in good faith have been doing, which is saying 

“here’s a problem but i’m not sure how to fix it”

get weird and imaginative. say crazy solutions. it’s a safe space. it’ll help us 

recognize your contribution 

come up with workable solutions

i get the good faith critique. we haven’t done a good job explaining higher 

but the cold honest truth is that’s partially bc we don’t fully understand it yet

it’s a priority for 2025. just personally tired of the ‘when when when’ thing

been 8mo, we’ve not stopped yet lol

talking = easy, doing = hard. If every person who speaks shipped at least 1 thing (literally anything), the discussion could’ve been different here

respect for jumping into those [convo] trenches when you don't necessarily need to

glad it was helpful. we will have more free floating infrastructure in 2025 that make things clearer and easier to activate on
