Kinda crazy we still don't have a non-pegged stablecoin that's widely used yet. Either buy BTC/ETH to hedge against US monetary policy or hold USDC/DAI and get bled out by inflation. We really should have better assets in the middle by this point.

What do you think such an asset should be pegged to? And how can we address the volatility issue?
