Anyone else experience bruising from resistance training? After a “normal” workout, I developed bruising on my triceps underneath my arms. The internet is pretty light and inconsistent on data/information on the topic, and am a bit concerned. Vitamin deficiency, immunodeficiency, sprain, etc all possible.

This session was at hotel gym in Austin, so not my typical set, but it was lat pull downs, hammer curls, bench press, if I recall

The morning after in those exact spots I was like “ooh I’m sore there, good workout” and then when I looked (two days later eg today) I had bruises there

hmmm odd, haven't heard or experienced this before. doubt its rhabdo, but still probably worth talking to your dr. might ask about getting some blood work done if you haven't recently
