Anyone else experience bruising from resistance training? After a “normal” workout, I developed bruising on my triceps underneath my arms. The internet is pretty light and inconsistent on data/information on the topic, and am a bit concerned. Vitamin deficiency, immunodeficiency, sprain, etc all possible.

I've had this before. Mainly when I started working out or after a very long period of time of not training. I didn't find it to be anything serious, but please take that with a grain of salt as it may not apply to your situation. Mine was painless, just visible discoloration.

Yeah, every body is different. I can't recall ever having one in my arms, unless it was a tear, which would have been obvious to you from the excruciating pain and swelling. 😁 But I got these on my calves a couple of times. Again, that's a sample of one.
