Good questions about the Stream with regards to productivity though. I think a partial answer to his post is that meetings suck and you rarely grok the stream through them but if people shared their ideas, even half-baked via Looms, it would contribute to the source material.

There are nuanced differences. Especially when you introduce disparate information, cognitive awareness, neurological / biological factors. 

All flow states are streams. Not all streams are flow states is how I see it. 

What matters is throughput and awareness.
