i respect @balajis.eth, but rarely does he decouple the power/promise of crypto from the collapse/destruction of society as we know it. the dark imagery may appeal to anarchists, but what if we used imagery that appealed to alternative revolutionist personas (eg George Washington)? could we better inspire the masses?

I used to hold this view, then began to view his anarchist cries differently. I took note somewhere, in short felt like his tone shifted from optimistic to anarchist style because there was a validation of views that can make one feel like if we don't turn ship now we never will. Still too intellectual for masses.

i appreciate this fresh perspective, definitely a new way to embrace his tone. counter: it may be too intellectual for the masses, but it is too negative / anarchist for intellectual women.
