We made a couple of updates to TOTH. As we all know, power badges will be removed eventually, this is why we are allowing everyone to nominate and vote

Updates:
- Anyone can nominate and vote now
- Fixed a bug that prevented the cannon from firing to TOTH winners

We are working on a new frontend to display previous winners and more information!
Rewards from the previous season will be distributed too by the end of the season
