Being able to measure your performance and health is key to changing it or maintaining it. Fitness trackers can help with that and since I bought my first Fitbit a few years ago, I could track. how much I've improved in some areas, and how I could improve on other areas. Now I have an Apple Watch and I can't live without it. The only annoying thing is the notifications sometimes :) What fitness tracker do you use?
