It also provides block conditions with their avg ~sat/vb, the range of those s/vb values and the amount of transactions on them, along with times the block sent or will be sent.

All sets of future block values are subject to change.

Anything that can give you the exact time down to the second works really. 
This site is just convenient and helps if what you're minting has timestamps you'd need to compare against.

This is more of an optional tool you can use if visualizing the entire block would help you understand the process.
You can also just use it to see how the blocks send bc on the site there are buses that depict the blocks along with little people to represent the txns batched into them.
