This is not a Bankless issue, it's the rules we had around squatting.

I think creating a channel under someone else's brand is never a good idea. I made the argument earlier here, but if I create a blockchain called Google, I think that I would get myself into troubles and would need to rename it sooner or later. Brands are property which should be honored in crypto space as well imo.

Yes, it's hilarious that any Defi-ers are defending a "copyright" to a channel using a very basic word.

Suck it up and pay what they want, or use "banklessofficial" just like everyone else did.

Either we are in a free market, or we aren't. Amazing there is even an argument about this in decentralized world. 😂
