I guess it comes down to cold, warm, hot and boiling customer profile You ask what the pain points are If your service offering can solve their pain points, ask if they would like to hear more If yes, discuss it If no, at least you connected with them and wish them well Keep it concise, chunk & check information

Agree with this, people don't like being sold to, but they love when their problems are solved. Definitely about picking your audience (where possible) and focus on solutions, not products. Share your pitch, happy to help
