Watching US Banks earn record profits off of “record-breaking interest income“ is probably one of the most disgusting trends I’ve seen lately. 
They take other people’s deposits and give them a very small sliver of the interest they earn and call it profits instead of theft.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

If consumers didn’t buy goods and services , there wouldn’t be profit either. But they do, just like they leave their deposits with banks

If they withdrew their dollars, there’d be no profit.
