Look at the violence of the move higher. The bond market has dramatically reduced Fed rate cut expectations. Yield curve is now close to being uninverted again. The Fed has made a mess of things with that jumbo rate cut.

We can no longer afford to eat the cost of these luxury beliefs. Solo staking in a place where you do not have appropriate bandwidth imposes an externality on the network. If Ethereum doesn't win, the world looks much more dystopian than a world where Ethereum sacrifices

I would also add that this process becomes 'boring,' which is actually a good thing. As you refine your setup, you learn to be patient, avoid overtrading, and resist the urge to engage in all the 'fun' but detrimental behaviors like overtrading.

The term ‘digital asset security’ does not appear anywhere in any law enacted by Congress or in any rule promulgated by the SEC or in any decision rendered by the Supreme Court. It appears nowhere in the 2 million pages of the Federal Register. If it comes from neither statute

I stand corrected. I guess Geth's internal metrics are just unsuitable for tracking this low level of volume and it looked weird to have a pool mostly empty in all our nodes. False alarm I guess from my part, sorry. Will do better next time.

Taxing unrealized gains would mean Americans would owe taxes on the appreciation of their home every year. This would bankrupt the average family. Horrible idea that is only put forward by people preying on the fear of those who don’t understand economics or finance.
