How do you all plan for the week? I have this huge thing of not doing the things I planned doing bc I found new things to do. Trello, asana, clockwork, monday, google agenda, ios to do list, notion, paper agenda, post its…. idk what else to do.

None of the planning tools that work for neurotypical brains work for me. None. My calendar sort of works. Reminders help if I change them a bit every week. (Slightly different times/sounds/titles to keep them novel). What helps the most is setting expectations with others and forgiving myself. I have two timelines. I can do it right now, or in a thousand years.

use on software or system instead of several. regardless if one does something the other doesnt. pick that the one that does the most important and is compatible with your other devices (ie ios). make a short list, like less than 10 items. simplify and lessen your expectations and make them more realistic even though easier said than done. we often make lists that are way too complex or time consuming for one day.
