This is quite short and kinda a rough work as I had something else planned for tonight. Stretching is not emphasized enough. Either you are just getting up from bed/going to bed at night or starting your workout/finishing your workout. Get those stretches in. I'll be making a post on THE SCIENCE BEHIND STRETCHING later tonight :) Follow the /physicaltherapy channel and you might learn one or two new things today.

im kinda resistant to stretching bc im too loose. should i stretch anyway?

It doesn’t matter, b Stretching gives kinda like a warning to the muscles that they are about to be put into use. That’s why it’s really important
