New feature on Warpcast: active badges

- Helps identify Farcaster accounts that are both active and engaging with a quick glance

- You need a complete profile and (inbound reaction + replies) / casts ≥ 1

Idea: It might be nice to have statistics on how many weeks does a person got the badge. On Duolingo it incentivize me to try to finish in the top 3 because I know it’s going to my profile.

A bit too game-y for me, but maybe one day! :)
