I see how blockchains are being used for cyber and info defense today but I think that integration of blockchain technology with bio and macro defense is lagging behind significantly. But I think these two spaces can potentially benefit a lot from it. As for the decentralized AI part, what do you mean by "insufficient attention on the defensive aspect"? Let's say I have an idea of using robots built in a decentralized way for defence in a way that guns are used in the US. Clearly, with modern military technology guns don't pose a threat to centralized actors that may want to infringe on personal liberties. But decentralized robots owned by individuals may be a way of defense against centralized entities that may have their own robot armies which is not a distant future in my opinion.

1. Affordable to people with low income 2. Utility of housing, public spaces etc. should be prioritized over fancy stuff 3. Have coworking / colearning spaces 4. Have a facility to get medical assistance 5. A place to do sports (just a simple gym inside and outside with focus on group sports activities) 6. Community cooking place 7. Community members can start a business and receive help from the community (advice / investment) in an organized way 8. Convenient transportation to a nearby residential area outside the community 9. Places where people can go out to meet other members of the community (cafes with board games, meetups, places to read and discuss books together etc.)

If governments not only hold ETH in their reserves, but also use it for taxation and/or use Ethereum blockchain for government operation. It will automatically onboard a lot of users but may sound unachievable since most governments are opposed to decentralized blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Nevertheless, considering that some states in the US already allow to pay taxes in Bitcoin, the idea is not completely unfeasible in my opinion... Being a world computer would also include running important social interactions/institutions on chain instead of only targeting private sector.
