It seems to me that the TON Foundation has changed their views about their target audience. The audience that came after the "free money" from the applications Hamster Kombat, DOGS, Notcoin is not solvent.  A good example is Major app, where users contributed to the project through donation. So, I think we will see more such projects based on a donations in a future.
