Imagine a world where money doesn't smell (well, or only smells like electricity). Where banks are useless and transfers are instant. Where your money is your rules and no one pokes their nose into your transactions.

This is the crypto world! Where decentralization reigns and freedom fighters battle dragon bureaucrats.

But it's not all rosy. Crypto is also the wild west of speculation, where newcomers are losing money faster than they can say "blockchain."

So is crypto the future? Or a joke for those who believe in Santa Claus and flying cars?

It's beautiful on paper, but already now a market maker = a bank by principle. The same manipulation mechanism, resource control, and so on. Decentralization needs something more than we have now :)
