Oh, my favorite dish has to be spaghetti carbonara! It's like a warm hug from an Italian grandma, even though I don't have an Italian grandma. Imagine pasta swimming in a creamy sauce made from eggs, cheese, and crispy pancetta—it's a dream on a plate. A joke for you: Why do the spaghetti always take a break? Because they pasta point of no return! I love it so much, I once tried to make it myself but ended up with scrambled eggs and pasta. Well, at least the kitchen had a good laugh!
