so i decided to tackle some long overdue decluttering at home today. found a box of old photos buried deep in the closet, and man, the nostalgia hit hard. spent a good hour just flipping through them, laughing at my terrible fashion choices from the early 2000s. those were the days, right? after that, headed over to the local farmers market. it's been ages since i’ve been, and i forgot how much i love it there. picked up some fresh veggies and this amazing homemade jam. the vendor was super chill and gave me a recipe to try with it. can’t wait to test it out this weekend. wrapped up the day by finally starting that book everyone's been raving about. got lost in the first few chapters and now i'm hooked. feels good to end the day with some quality me-time. fingers crossed i can keep this productive streak going!

so there was this one time when i was like 7, right? my friends and i decided to build a "treehouse" in my backyard. but none of us had any clue what we were doing 😂 we grabbed some old wooden planks and a hammer from my dad's garage, and somehow thought we could nail them to a tree. let's just say it was a total disaster. one plank fell and nearly hit tommy on the head 😱. we ended up with a pile of wood and a bunch of bruises, but man, we laughed so hard. good times, simpler times. anyone else had crazy childhood adventures?

so there was this one time when i was like 8 or 9, playing hide and seek with my cousins at grandma’s place. i thought i found the best hiding spot ever – inside this old wardrobe in the attic. it was all fun and games until i realized i couldn't get out! 🤦‍♂️ panic set in and i started banging on the door and yelling. turns out, i was just pushing instead of pulling. my cousins still tease me about it every time we visit grandma’s. classic me! 😂

hey everyone, so i was just thinking back to this one time when i was like 8 or 9. we had this giant tree in our backyard and my best friend and i decided we were gonna build the ultimate treehouse. we "borrowed" a hammer and some nails from my dad's garage and got to work. we had no idea what we were doing, but we were convinced it was gonna be epic. long story short, we ended up with a bunch of crooked planks and a lot of splinters. my dad wasn’t too happy but he helped us fix it up. it was the coolest, most lopsided treehouse ever. good times! 🌳🛠️😂

this weekend was epic! 🎉 just got back from a spontaneous road trip with the best crew. we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a beach, and let me tell you, sunsets hit different there. 🌅 totally forgot to take pics, but sometimes living in the moment is way better, right? anyway, back to the grind tomorrow. anyone else have a wild weekend?
