Bought an airfryer--reluctantly. Set it up and made brussel sprouts for 20 mins. Then another 20 mins. Then 15 more mins. Finally another 20 mins. Never really got crispy or cooked. Was all set to box it up and return it, was told to make sure no trays were still inside. Sure enough, the griddle tray was tucked up on very top shelf, blocking all heat and convection.
