Not based on how obsessed with something they are.

Hobbies that are more likely to be driven by attractiveness (but still could be driven by obsession): guitar, dancing, cooking, learning a language.

Hobbies that are more likely to be driven by obsession and likely don't improve attractiveness: video games, scifi books, collecting.
