Is this understanding of the super fast finality layer correct: L2 processes TXs and updates the state -> L2 posts state root and data to NEAR (or insert fast layer) -> NEAR nodes which are also are Eigen Layer Stakers checks if state transaction was correct and you get pre commif -> NEAR Nodes post update to Ethereum?
