I’ve never heard of it called cheese strings. I only know- string cheese. A few string cheese a day keep you right What do you call it?

might be a regional difference, cheese strings are a branded version of it here!

Yeah, I grew up only knowing these as "Cheestrings" as that was pretty much the big brand in the day, with adverts on TV and whatnot. They're pretty based tho, haven't had in decades but I always enjoyed those stringy bastards. 😽👌
