Deepseek R1 is goood. I just tested it on fairly complicated terms & conditions pdf (pasted as markdown) in other language than English and output is flawless and better formatted than o1 (also it was much faster). I'm scared what will be possible at the end of the year.

I’m experimenting with methylene blue. My 3rd week, current daily dose 30mg. I noticed higher energy and better mood (focus is good too). It works pretty well. I didn’t notice any negative side effects besides blue urine. I take it in 2 doses, in the morning and night, just before brushing my teeth (to get rid of blue color in my mouth).

I want to reorder again this year because I definitely noticed a higher libido, but I haven’t done any lab tests. I used supplement with tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis. My brother recommended it to me and I know he used it again at least once.

Good question, but it's not the time yet. I don't see it in the near future. It could bring some new normies onboard (ai agents could be the wedge), but not to the extend like bluesky.

https://lovable.dev is getting better and better. It one-shotted an internal tool for me today—fetching a paginated API endpoint with customizations and filtering. Amazing! I need to force myself to think about how AI can simplify my job instead of coding so much of it myself. I use AI in coding, but I need to do it much more!
