What I learned as a marketer from Base: - The core purpose of marketing is to spread ideas and create change. Merely shouting ideas or crafting campaigns isnโt enough. Engage your audience, encourage them to create their version of your idea, and let them spread it further. - Marketing with your audience, rather than at them, enhances authenticity. - Story matters. Consistently sharing your story matters even more. - Real humans narrating your story has a greater impact than when a brand does it. - The most influential brands naturally steer clear of gimmicks and deceptive facades. - Leveraging conversations as a form of content marketing propels a brand forward.
