Under Maryland law It is ILLEGAL to have an abortion if the fetus is viable unless it's to protect the life of the mother, or if the fetus has a genetic defect or serious deformity or abnormality. The person in the video 100% cut out the part where they mentioned that their life was at risk (which is why the person on the phone probably said that it's safer to not carry to term), or said that the baby had a genetic defect/serious deformity. Remember folks, videos that contain multiple cuts with unverified people on the phone are a horrible source of information, but a great source of disinformation!
